As I begin composing this month’s newsletter—a little late this month (apologies for that) – I wonder what the future of newsletters will be. Not just the Limelight letter but newsletters in general in our technological age.
Those of you who have requested a paper copy probably wonder what all the fuss is about! But our email and website based patrons now go to the internet to satisfy just about all of their enquiries and interests. A quick visit to “Google” will tell you almost anything and everything you need or want to know.
Whilst I’m happy to move with the times, and wouldn’t want to be without my computer, email and the internet, I still enjoy reading a book rather than the electronic substitute, I still read a ‘real’ newspaper and often print the infor- mation I glean from the internet to read it.
